1. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number, and we keep a record of what you ordered. We use these to pack and deliver your order, to send order and dispatch updates, to answer your questions, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

2. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. Payment is processed by GupthaBrothers Secure Payment Gateway, and their own privacy policy governs what they collect.

3. Your cart, wishlist and session are kept in your own browser, so the shop remembers them between visits. Nothing in that record leaves your device unless you place an order. This site runs no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

4. We share your details only with the people who need them to complete your order — our courier partner for delivery, our payment gateway, and [our accountant and our email provider]. We do not sell your data.

5. You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where no tax or legal duty requires us to keep it, by writing to [email protected].
